Effective February 17th access to your MetroCast WebMail accounts will reside exclusively on your MetroCast Portal Homepage.
WebMail Users
If you are accessing your MetroCast Webmail via a web browser using one of these links:
https://webmail.metrocast.net
http://metromail.metrocast.net
http://mail.ct.metrocast.net
you will now simply log into your MetroCast Web Portal. Using your primary MetroCast email address and password, log into your Web Portal and you will automatically be logged in to your webmail as well. |
Email Software Users
For those of you who have your email software set up to receive your MetroCast email, using products such as:
Outlook, Outlook Express, MAC Mail, Safari, Eudora, Netscape, Yahoo!, Gmail, or others
there will be no change in your mail settings.
If you would like to check your mail anytime, anywhere, via a web browser you can now simply go to your Web Portal and log in. |

Simply log in to your Web Portal with your primary MetroCast email address and password and you will be automatically logged in to your WebMail account.

 Want to set your local site as your home page? Here's how:
- Click on the desired link above for your area.
- Once on the web site, click on the "Tools" option in the top toolbar and select "Internet Options."
- If not already selected, click the "General" tab of the dialog box.
- In the home page section of the dialog box, type the link for your community site in the "Address" box and click "Ok."
- Now your community web portal is set as your home page!
